Thank you for visiting the MTA Web Site. Here are a few suggestions to help you find out what you want to know about the MTA quickly and easily:

If you want to request a copy of a record under the Freedom Of Information Law (FOIL), you must use the FOIL Request page. Use that page ONLY for requesting copies of records under FOIL.

One important note: if you have information of an emergency nature to communicate to the MTA, please do not send it by e-mail. To report an emergency, dial 911. To report an unsafe condition at a station or on a bus, subway, or railroad, call the appropriate MTA agency (click on "Call Us" for telephone numbers).
